RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons and artisans, resulting in each product being unique.
An irregular weave or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product.
All our orders are final sale - no returns/ refunds. Our pieces are made with care, by the local artisans and in small batches. We only accept returns in cases of damaged items or wrong items being delivered. Since everything is handmade, we hope you understand that other reasons for return aren't applicable.
We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky, therefore we're happy to offer an exchange. Kindly email us, once our team acknowledges please send us back the product with complete packaging yourself, we do not have a reverse pick up facility as of now. The cost of reverse shipping is at the customer's expense.
For exchange, please email us your request at shop@kynara.in with your order number and complete contact details.
In case the delivered item(s) is found damaged/missing or has any manufacturing defect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and clear pictures so that our team can understand what went wrong.
The item(s) should not be washed, altered or damaged and returned in a saleable condition with MRP Tags intact. Exchanges are subject to quality check.
The product can be returned/ exchanged only once.
For hassle free and quick exchange, we request you to ensure the following:
- Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchanges.
- Please ensure that all the reversed item(s) are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- If the package is lost in transit during self-shipping, no refund will be applicable.
